There's a narrow window before standing water starts causing secondary damage. Our Water Extraction process is built entirely around closing that window as fast as possible.

We measure extraction success with a moisture meter, not a visual check, because a floor can look dry on top while the material underneath is still saturated.
None of this is unique to a big loss either — the same standard applies whether it's a single-room water extraction call or a larger one.
We built this list around what typically goes wrong when water extraction gets handled by a generalist rather than a specialist.
Ask for credentials before the work starts, not after — a legitimate water extraction specialist will have them ready.
Truck-mount power means faster removal on carpet, pad, and hard flooring alike.
We don't call extraction complete until the meter confirms it.
Local staging is the difference between a 20-minute wait and a two-hour one.
You get a written quote before extraction starts, based on the actual scope of the loss.
We don't treat water extraction as a single generic task — each part of the process below gets its own specific approach.
Truck-mount units remove standing water first, prioritized ahead of any secondary cleanup.
Laminate and engineered flooring get a gentler extraction approach to avoid further delamination.
Pad almost always holds water longer than the carpet surface, so we test and extract both separately.
We adjust extraction time and equipment placement based on how porous the slab surface is.
Furniture and upholstered items get assessed and extracted on-site when salvageable.
We don't consider extraction finished until readings confirm it, not just a visual check.
Four steps, no guesswork, from your first call to a verified water extraction result.
A real person answers, asks a few fast questions, and routes the nearest available crew.
Local staging is what makes rapid arrival possible, rather than a promise with nothing behind it.
You approve the number before equipment turns on — no surprise invoice after the fact.
Work continues until the job meets our documented completion standard, verified before we call it done.
"They pulled water from under our hardwood without warping the boards further."
Grace T., Moxee"Our office carpet flooded overnight and extraction was complete before staff arrived for the morning shift."
Nathaniel W., Moxee"Extraction from our finished basement was fast and they explained the slab-specific approach."
Bianca H., Moxee"They extracted water from our upholstered furniture instead of just writing it off as a loss."
Corinne W., Moxee"They explained why the pad needed separate testing from the carpet, which made sense once I saw the readings."
Julian V., MoxeeThese are the questions we hear most often about water extraction, gathered from real calls, not a generic template list.
Aqua Guard Water Damage dispatches water extraction crews throughout Moxee and the surrounding zip codes, including 98936 98901.
Coverage extends past the immediate area, so an outlying Moxee address isn't treated as a lower priority for water extraction.
